  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.

  • Products without original packaging and tags.

  • Perishable goods, digital products, and customized items.

  • Clearance or final sale items (if mentioned on the product page).

Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request:

    • Provide clear images of the product if it is damaged or incorrect.

  2. Approval & Return:

    • If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

    • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  3. Inspection & Processing:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a replacement or refund as per your request.

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be issued if:

  • The return request is approved, and the item is received in acceptable condition.

  • The order was canceled before it was shipped.

  • The product was out of stock, and we were unable to fulfill your order.

Refund Process

  1. Once we approve your refund request, it will be processed within 5-7  business days.

  2. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Razorpay, credit/debit card, UPI, or bank transfer).

  3. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
